Affordable Process Service has been serving legal proceedings for our office for well over 10 years. We have never been let down. Any time we need a party served in Indiana, we always make one phone call to Affordable Process Service.

Sent a letter on September 27 for service together with check for pre-payment. Easy process job on a corporate entity. Check cleared on October 5. I have not heard back from them and it is October 26. Have not recieved an affidavit of service. Phone calls go to a voicemail box that has not been set up.

Heather was a true professional and very prompt with not only her service but her response. during the initial consultation (without having received ANY money from me at all) Heather spent approx 20 to 30 min getting to know more about my situation and researching the party needing service while we were on the phone. I was hesitant to move forward and before I knew it Heather completed what I thought would be next to impossible. The party was served in less than 4 days!! ALL THIS without having charged my card because she was super busy completing multiple cases!! WOW!! I'd use her again in a heartbeat!

BEWARE! This is one of the worst process serving companies our law office has ever used. I do not recommend that anyone use Affordable Process Service. When I initially called the company I spoke to Heather Roudebush, who is the owner or president of the company. She was very friendly during my first phone call. However, after I mailed her a check for $82.00 and the materials that needed to be served I was NEVER able to speak to her again on the telephone. I left countless voice mail messages and sent emails as well. Heather never called me back. She replied to one email but never again. My client's matter was time sensitive. I mailed the materials to her on November 28, 2012 and she was not able to serve the Defendant. I was extremely disappointed at the level of service and do not recommend that anyone else their service. Apparently I am not the only person to complain about this company. After the fact, I read poor reviews on Yelp about this company.
