absolutely the worst attorney I have ever hired. Let me put it this way fired him doesn't know the law at all sues the wrong people or company who does that and then sides with the real attorneys behind his clients back lol a true character who has no business practicing law under any circumstances. Had a easy win case had the company in 5 lies me 0 lies was completely honest and he settles for pennies. A breach of contract is a breach of contract period whatever others do in there life after that is no concern of the court he got punked out by 2 far better lawyers and made himself and myself look ignorant as I Said a breach of contract is a breach of contract period there is no you shoulda woulda coulda guys a joke do not hire if you do you will wish you hadn't I fired the slug and honestly shoulda never hired him have another lawyer now and he guaranteed a victory and stated weldy isn't a lawyer I needed in this case I needed a lawyer that would stuck to the breach of contract not what happened later should have objected to anything else said if a contract is breached then you stick to that not what I did for the next year. The guys been in practice and has no idea how the law works he only is out to get money for himself not the client and will screw up many times in your proceedings. r. weldy is the absolutely the worst lawyer I've ever met and I would never hire him or reccomened him to anyone he's a true trash ball lawyer
