My husband and I began utilizing American Family for our home and vehicle insurances around the time we got married/purchased our first home. My family has been working with these individuals for 20+ years. After our wedding in 2019, we lost our home in a storm, and American Family worked diligently to ensure that the entire process we walked through was smooth and that we were not only financially taken care of, but personally taken care of as well. We received emails, texts, and calls with updates and well wishes through the entire process. Weve heard time and again how awful insurances can be to work with through natural disaster instances, but we couldnt have asked for a better experience.
