        This is my insurance Company. I really am pleased with their Service's. I Gave them 4 stars and that is great ,a boss once told me they didn't give a 10 on evaluations because there is always room for for improvement and the9 i got was something to be proud of.

        My elderly parents had coverage with Pekin for years with no claims until a tree fell on their barn. Pekin would not pay out the full amount for their claim because it was not resolved within the 2 years per policy (even though they could not get the matter resolved due to Covid). Interestingly the supervisor at Pekin who made the decision was working at home during this time period because of Covid.
