Farmers Insurance - Chelsea Malone

My experiences only, your mileage may vary! :-) I was assigned Chelsea Malone when my previous Farmers agent moved on. I found her to be generally unresponsive to inquiries, especially when I submitted anything through the Farmers website. I also found she didn't consider my entire insurance picture when I would make changes (I had 4 autos, homeowners, boat, and an umbrella policy with her). For example, when I talked to her about moving my boat insurance to another carrier, she did not let me know that would cause changes to the umbrella policy, wiping out the potential savings from the shift. When submitting any comments, questions, or change requests through the web site, I got no response at all. For example, when I requested she cancel all of my policies (because I had shifted to another carrier), I submitted the request through the website. When I didn't get a call or response from her in 5 business days, I had to call Farmers directly to cancel. Two weeks later, I still haven't heard from her (nor do I need to, at this point). This was true of the other times I tried to contact her, as well.
