This is the worst agent office ever, Kerry she is the one who answers the phone is so rude and mean also sometimes she doesn't even know how to help, and the others are the same, they dont listen to you and they treat you like you are wasting their time, they dont know anything about customer service , if you wanna know any answer or explanation they wont give you that, THE WORST PEOPLE.

I wish i could give no stars!!! Worst State Farm location and agent ever!!! Lied about the rules of my policy to get me to sign up with them. After a couple of months with them, they decided I didn't have a proof of having a driver's license on file with them (I gave them my driver's license number when I signed up), and cancelled my insurance without warning or notice, so I was driving around without insurance and didn't know! Then after I got with a new insurance company, they had the nerve to send me a bill for the renter's insurance I had with them, as if I would do any kind of business with them after what they put me through! Poor record keeping could have cost me my license! !!!

They are terrible !!!!! Canceled my policy while it was suspended for winter months and didn't tell me then charged me over $100 for reinstating it when I didn't even know they had canceled it to begin with. Then they played stupid like they didn't know why my bill was so high. Manager is never in and does NOT return calls.

Absolutely awful agent and office. Every single transaction with them was an absolute nightmare. I have never had the ball dropped on me so many times as this office did. We cancelled our home and auto policies months ago as a result of the nightmare they put us through and apparently they had no idea. Just goes to show how little attention they pay and how careless this office is.

They are awesome! I was a new customer looking for life insurance for my family and Brandon Libunao and his team took very good care of me.
