Marco is a scam. All the one star comments here are true. I have been his client for the last 10 months. First off all he will always tell you the things that you want to hear. This will trap you in his web. After that once you pay the money, then he becomes unreachable. He strictly instructs his receptionists not to let anyone in or accept phone calls. He will reappear when its time for his payment again and the vicious cycle goes on. The desperate client who wants their immigration stuff to get sorted out is so carried away by all the positive things he says that they ultimately fail to see that this guy is just a predator trapping everyone in his web. This exact thing has happened to us. We lost money, our mental piece, everything the day we hired him. Stay away from this attorney because he is corrupt to the core, and if you are deperate... then he will definitely take your money leaving you with nothing!

He has scammed a lot of people already and is still on his lawyer's license. I will pay you for my paperwork. He did not submit anything, disappeared for months he never answered, then he appears and says that his assistant Ingrid never submitted my application, and he wanted me to pay him more money to fix his mistake. Since I didn't want to, he sent me a letter saying that he wouldn't represent me anymore and that I owe him $1,500 when I don't have any balance. Then his secretary called me threatening that if I don't pay he will send me to collection. I have receipts that I don't have any balance with it, on the contrary it kept my 3700 application and wants more money. If someone wants to meet to make a complaint, let me know. And he still gathers people where he had his office before, and asks everyone for 500 what they are going to see what has happened with his case.@AlejandroS

This lawyer has scammed my father and has been ignoring all our calls, emails since November. We have had no real updates since June 2021. We hired him in late April/early may 2021. He hasnt done nothing with my fathers case. @Alejandro Salazar I notice your review and we didnt even know that Marco had his license was suspended.
