Merry Maids

We just started using Merry Maid a few months ago. What a wonderful relief to come home to a clean house! The teams are all wonderful, courteous, and polite. The teams always do a great job.

I am so glad I decided to start using Merry maids for my house cleaning. after a hectic day at work my kids and taking care of my sick mother it is a wonderful feeling to come home to a sparkling clean home. Thank you for all you do

Mystya and Judy did an amazing job cleaning my house yesterday. Everything was perfect! I was afraid to go in and mess anything up because it looked so nice! thank you Ladies!

I have used Merry Maids for years and had several positive experiences. Over our past 2 cleanings we had Emily doing the work. It’s the first time we have ever requested someone be our permanent “Merry Maid.” She is always pleasant and incredibly thorough in her work. She’s a great asset to the organization. 6/17/2021 Update Yesterday our regular cleaner, Emily, came out at the same time as we had some work going on in our bathrooms. When she was done everywhere else in the house the bathrooms were still being worked on. She offered, with no prompting from us, to come back after her other work and finish up our two bathrooms. That is service above and beyond! Service: Standard clean

EDIT: 😝😝😝 LOL! I just read some of the old reviews. the one about the broken wine glasses and how they found out they were paying $20 more than a couple of their neighbors who also used MMs even though their home is 400 sq ft smaller. Management replied saying that is why they do in-home estimates due to other reasons that factor in to an IN-HOUSE estimate. I had them do 2 different homes for me and not once did any of them offer to do an estimate! I told them that Cleaning Authority quoted $155 and offered the same. I had requested Nannette and Victoria and was told they would note it in their system. I spoke to Jennifer 4 days prior to an upcoming cleaning over the phone and asked if Victoria and Nanette would be at my home on Tuesday. She replied yes, they are noted on your account. She never mentioned only one would show up. THEN when Victoria arrived she told me it was her day off and they called and asked her to come in for my home. I texted Jennifer and she told me Victoria came in specifically for me. So if Victoria had not been able to come in to work. Did they have any one planned to show up for my 9 am cleaning? I asked why is the cost still $165, the increase was because it took 2 people almost 3 hours instead of 2 hours. Wouldn’t one person take even longer than the 2? Like que what? Jennifer’s response: - I'm just afraid we will not make you happy with time spent and pricing Merry Maids I then reply asking if Victoria will be available the following Tuesday. I get the same exact reply posted above. Jennifer cut and pasted the reply again. Awesome customer service! I still have the text conversations saved. I should really upload them since MMs is a hot mess. They need to learn from their mistakes and stop blaming the customers who give them a rating of 3 stars and below. You guys truly deserve less decent reviews. I will say that Victoria and Nanette are lovely. I am sure there are other lovely hard working employees. But even the first 2 to clean my new home arrived 2 hours after the guesstimate arrival times. They spent a total of 45 minutes cleaning. They did not clean the bathrooms at all. They only vacuumed. But they did go to our cat room to play with our cats. We were only gone for 20 - 30 minutes to hit the ATM to get them cash for their tips. And yes, we have Ring so the times are posted on our video history. You don’t deserve such lovely ladies like Victoria and Nannette who do the actual work and customer service. Never an excuse to be shady, rude, and blaming customers. Not nice. Bad business. Horrific customer service. Do yourself a favor and call Mop It Like It’s Hot. They are efficient and professional all across the board. Even when their phone system is down someone will get in touch with you. Plus, they will detail your home. Detail meaning, there is not one inch of your home they will not clean. Just an amazing group of people over there.
