      image I am so happy I purchased a spa and sauna from Royal Spa. I received excellent customer service! Derek Kitchen, my sales person, was so very helpful. He answered all my questions and even followed up after my purchase to offer any support that I needed. Derek has great customer service skills! Also, Genna, who helped schedule my delivery, was so patient and accommodating. Even though I had to delay delivery, she never pressured me to set a date. She made sure everything was ready on my end before delivery. And, the delivery guys, Donnie and his co-workers were so professional and helpful. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from Royal Spa. I highly recommend Derek and his team at Royal Spa on Pendleton!
