went in 3 times in 3 days for a severe allergic reaction all over my entire body and 2 baseball sized knots that popped up on my head overnight out of nowhere, just to be made fun of and sent home. this place is a joke.

7/16 years at Community South from the doctors and a registered nurse that didn't know how to pick my blood and then the doctor judge me off of me being by my character and I actually told him how I receive an MRI if I can January but they still had gave me an MRI anyway and it was absurd I did not like the organization had her doing me like that I didn't like how everything was being handled

All nurses and doctors did there best to make sure I was comfortable as possible and they got me done and out the door pretty quick.

Took 4 hours to see my child with a broken hand. Put us in fast track in a room the size of a broom closet and forgot about us. Asked doctor and nurse for pain medication for my child because she was shaking and crying from the pain, they finally showed up with one pain pill at discharge and sent her home in an ill fitting splint with no medicine and a referral to orthopedic. PA Chris had a bad bedside manner and didn't address our concerns or seem like he cared at all. The nurse named Eric was nice was the only thing I can even say positive about the whole experience. Left a bad review when asked to take a survey, it's been a week and still no one has contacted me about our experience. We will be using St Francis from now on.

I just want to tell all of the nurses and doctors who were taking care of my mother for the last week of her life thanks for trying to save her and make her comfortable thanks to every last one of you
