US Inspect

This is our second time using US Inspect for a home inspection. John was so kind and professional! He explained and pointed out EVERYTHING we needed to know for our new home. He was thorough in his work but worked quickly! He’s been doing the work for 30 years and treats each home like his own. I appreciated getting to know him professionally! Thanks John! We will absolutely use US Inspect and request John for all of our future home purchases!

US Inspect was amazing. First off, I was able to schedule everything online, which I loved, because I hate calling people. Though, I did have to call to reschedule (completely my bad on scheduling) but the gal I spoke with was so polite and we were on and off the phone in a couple minutes without any fuss. Then, come the day of the inspection, Travis, was exceptional! I highly recommend him as he is very laid back and easy to talk to, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and thoroughness. He explained everything before hand and checked in with me throughout the inspection to see if I had questions. He also made sure I knew where all my home maintenance items were and how to change them. I feel safe going into my new home with the knowledge that Travis provided both through our personal interactions on site and the explanations he gave in his report. Thank you Travis and US Inspect!
