I went to get my hair permed and she got it on my hoodie that was expensive and a gift. It now has lightened orange spots on it that wont come out. She was very insistent on reimbursing and sending me money and told me to let her know. I was hesitant because I didnt want to make it a huge deal, but I texted her a couple of days later about it once I figured out how much it was and she never responded. I texted her weeks later and asked her to tell me if she was still interested in doing this, she never responded. Im very bummed out about all of it. My hair also looks the exact same. I thought Id need to style it, but there is no wave or curl. I dont recommend this place and would appreciate some sort of refund or replacement for the hoodie that was ruined.
