The company was very responsive to my needs and did an excellent job in repairing, Everyone was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner, Also, another associate came out the next day to review the work that was done and recommended that I call if any further repair needed to be replaced or repaired from the project.

Shane and Kathryn are an amazing team to work with on a roof project. They coordinate all aspects of the project and are very informative about the roofing system. The roofing team are well trained and careful with landscape and deck areas. I was shown pictures of the finished work as well as an opportunity to assess clean up at end of work. I trust them for all projects within their expertise. Thank you!

Wow. Wonderful people to work with. Nothing like trying to remedy a tree->roof disaster during a global pandemic. Shane & ERS was the perfect prescription. Excellent quality work. Attention to detail. Clear communication. Everyone that set foot on the property was thoughtful and friendly. Finally, I can't stress enough how important it is to have someone that not only can do the work, but who also knows the business side of things and how to work with insurance. Night and day from an experience I had several years ago with someone else.

I highly recommend Expert Restoration Service to every home owner with a roofing issue. After having 2 other roofing contractors look at my roof only to tell me I "Need" to have a new roof installed( My roof is only 6 years old) I finally call Expert Restoration Service. Not only did their technician fully inspect my roof, He took detailed photos to show me and explained where the troubled areas where are how to address them without a full roof replacement. The workers showed up on time and are VERY PROFESSIONAL. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating to my schedule ( I work at night) and my sales person (Shane) wasn't pushing and answered all of my questions. I am very please with this company and will use them again when my roof actually does need replaced!
