Hello, I bought a truck from this dealership in April 2023 for 67 thousand dollars, the down payment was about 9 thousand dollars, and the loan amount was about 60 thousand dollars, when I took out the loan I asked the sales consultant, my name is Fred, if I could pay off early this credit, to which he replied, yes of course, I also asked about the penalty, to which he replied, there will be nothing. in December 2023, I wanted to repay the loan ahead of schedule, I called a credit institution in Indiana, Quality Equipment Finance, the woman told me the amount for repayment was 79 thousand dollars, I said it was impossible, to which she replied that she would now contact the person who was handling my loan , but this was not done. Then I called them repeatedly, but could not contact the accountant. In February, I went to visit them in Indiana, but at the reception, they simply gave me the accountant's number, his name was Conner, and that he would contact me within a day, but did not contact me As a result, then I called and wrote to him, but he did not answer. I also called the office several times, but no one could explain why this happened. And now I dont know what to do next.
