        The customer service isn't really great. First, they blamed us for wrong measurements on our shutters. We never measured anything. Since then, we've called a couple of times to get a warranty issue resolved, and they have not called us back yet. We've received a survey letter for the "work they've completed" and no-one has called us back to actually DO the work. Funny thing is that the self-addressed stamped envelope doesn't have their correct address on it!
