I would give no stars. The 1st time I came here it was fine everyone was nice. Today I was schedule for 8am I called said I was running late as it had snowed and needed to take my time getting there. Lady said I would be fine. To get to the empty office. I mean not one soul in there for them to tell me I would have to reschedule. Really and I called. There isnt any people in here but me and my sister. The girl was rude as ever while the doctor stood there. Never again. So disappointing. Im not risking my life to rush in snow for an appointment. Ridiculous. Its the Spanish girl who was extra rude. She sits in the back. Everyone else was nice but her she needs customer service training asap. Rude self

Please do not go to this location. The doctor messed up my prescription and had me come back in July for another exam. He never updated my prescription for contacts and only did it for my glasses. Now Im stuck with a box full of contacts that I cannot use. Im very frustrated and they wont help me. Now Im stuck with a 400 bill for contacts I cannot use!

My experience with this location the past month has been less than. I wear both contacts and glasses. During my exam, I mentioned needing contacts as well as glasses. When I went to pick my frames and asked for my contact prescription, I was told I needed a separate contact exam. I schedule said contact exam for a close date bc I am on my last fresh pair. I left work and arrived for my appointment only to be told that my contact appointment needed to be scheduled with the same doctor who did my eye exam. Well, shouldnt the staff be aware of this requirement? They are the ones who scheduled my appointment. Is it my responsibility to know this information? Should there be rounds to double-check the schedule that could have allowed someone to call me ahead of leaving work to let me know the error? I was asked to reschedule again due to their error with no consideration for my time and my needs.
