        When I dropped off my laundry I showed them my 20% off coupon on my phone. The lady said she would then enter it and I would get the reduced price when I picked it up. When I came back she said she forgot to enter it and there was nothing she could do. I had to pay full price. Second time that’s happened.

        The clerksc are VERY VERY nice. But no matter what I take to them, each time I need a shirt or suit stain removed, they never have gotten it out . Not blood or hard ini, it's been water stains, I once was mustard and the others have varied. When I take them elsewhere they somehow get it removed. This last time they had my suit 5 days plus the weekend and never called to tell me it was ready. I had to go in on my way home to check . As nice as they are I cannot afford to go back and get tough stuff cleaned twice . I will still let them do my shirts. They are great at regular clean/press .
