If I could give half a star I would! Went in this morning to get four teeth pulled. I'm trying to get the rest of my teeth out and get full dentures and this place was rather affordable compared to most other places. So, I sit in the chair and the Dr starts to administer the numbing agent. No sweat, definitely not my first rodeo. She gives it about ten minutes and begins to pull the first of the four. It shoots a sharp pain through my mouth and I let her know. Hey, that hurts. It's not quite numb yet. So she shoots me again and gives it another ten mins. She proceeds and boom two teeth out with out one tear! I'm thinking great! This is going pretty good! She starts on the third one and it's killing me!! I'm like hey that REALLY hurts. She shoots me a total of six more times in the exact same places as when we started. Tries again and again it's worse than getting your fingernails ripped out at the quick!! And she gives me a look, like what are you? A sissy? Can't stand the pressure pain? And I explain, it's not pressure pain! It's just not numb!! I ask is there any way we can just numb the whole lower jaw and she says unfortunately I've given you all the Novocain that one is allowed! She asks what do I want to do. I tell her I absolutely cannot go through that again. She asks can I refer you to an oral surgeon? I thought she was an oral surgeon so she's says one that can knock you out? And I'm like I can't afford to go to that type of dentist otherwise believe you me that's where I would've gone. I've had some pretty extensive work done before and that's the best way, anyway, she stitches me up, hands me some gauze and some after care instructions and says to the not so nice receptionist we'll have to call him to reschedule and sends me out the door with a half pulled tooth and absolutely zero pain meds, no ibuprofen 800, NOTHING! I'm In the worst pain that I've ever been after a dentists visit! I call the receptionist after I got home and asked about the pain meds and she was going to talk to the doc and let me know!! Haven't heard a word since!! I will never go back I don't care how cheap their dentures are!! So now I sit here with a half pulled tooth, two holes where the first two teeth were and nothing to take for it!! Thanks a bunch Dr. Freida Cooke!! Very seriously entertaining the idea of filling a lawsuit for negligence and pain and anguish! So beware people!! Cheaper isn't always better!!

Debbie is a delightful person who checks you in. Dr Cooke is a friendly and gentle dentist. She makes sure you are in no pain throughout your procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Went today to ask about what insurance they accept and about possibly making an appointment. Front door was locked but a staff member opened it to talk to us. She never greeted us and had a "disgusted" face when she saw us. We asked questions from the door and then she said they did accept the insurance but they had no appointments til May/June 2022! She was very rude. We ended up at another dentist down the street and they were VERY Friendly,

I am a new patient. I have had a few visits and I am very satisfied with everyone there. They have worked with me to maximize my benefits and get alot done in a short time. Debbie is so very helpful to adjust working around my crazy schedule. I will recommend them to everyone.
