I had missed appointments before , but they are so generous and really care and work well with you to get you back in. I would recommend for all pediatric dentist. Both my daughters do wonderful here .

It was an awesome experience it was my kids first dental appointment and it was excellent they didn't scream or cry you guys did a good job and they looved the stickers and toys that kept them busy.

Have taken my children here for years.
Never had an issue and my kids always enjoy dental visits. I highly recommend this company.

If you love your kids, dont take them here. We have used them the last year for all 4 of my kids. They had their 6 month check up last month, and 3 of my kids went back fine, but my 4 year old started freaking out and crying. I told her itd be ok, thinking it would. They took her back and I sat in the waiting room. 10 minutes or so later they brought my 4 yo back out saying everything was good. She was still crying, I asked what was wrong and she would just cry. I figured she missed me. She finally calmed down, then the assistant brought out a couple more of my kids and my 4 yo saw her, freaked out and started crying again and held on to me. When I got the kids and got to the car, I asked again what happened. My 4 yo started sobbing and said that they sat on her. 2 of my other kids said they saw it happen also. So I calmed down, talked to my husband and Decided to call and clarify and ask why they didnt get me. I called and told them what she said and they said it absolutely wasnt true. I said 2 of my other kids said they saw it happen and the lady laughed and said that is absolutely impossible because they put her in a separate room so they were lying to me. They said my daughter was kicking them, which she confirmed and I had a talk with her about that, but instead of coming to get me 10 ft away they said the assistant sat down, put my daughter on her lap, and wrapped her legs around her. They said they didnt SIT on her. Same difference to me because the fact they held her down is UNACCEPTABLE. I was not even going to rate them, and I havent even said anything about it, was going to leave it alone, but then they sent me a letter in the mail today saying that patient/provider trust was broken and we arent welcome back. Thats laughable they fired us when they were 100% in the wrong. Its only makes me think something worse happened and they dont want me finding out. Do NOT send your kids here.
