Calls me multiple times a week and each time the bill is a different amount for the same issues. I've also picked up to nothing and then they hang up. When you question them, they hang up. Had one thing end up on my credit report and ruined my chance at buying a car. They are literally the worst debt collectors.

Never pay, it will stay on your credit report for 7 years even if u do. Just Google how to send them a certified letter to faaaaak off. After 3 years for credit card debt all they can do is huff n puff.

What an absolutely predatory business. For the love of God, don’t give these people your hard earned money. Initially, I had a debt sent to them around 2017. Didn’t pay it because it was billed to me, I wasn’t the guarantor at the time, they won’t send it to the correct guarantor so they keep billing me. Years down the line, 2021, I get mail from their broke struggling a**es again harassing me over the same debt from 2016! Almost 5 years have passed and they still won’t LEAVE ME ALONE! They left me alone for a bit, but they just came back again bothering me. I got a call from them at 9 AM today, blocked the number, and now they keep calling me back from more masked numbers which I will be continuously blocking. I told them to stop calling me, and they kept asking for my name. They don’t need your name, they have your number which tells them everything. They want you to admit to the debt, so don’t do it. I guess COVID really put a hardship onto this company, seeing as they’re bothering people over years old debts. If they continue to call me and harass me, I will be sending a cease and desist. This is the worst collection agency I’ve ever dealt with. Broke a** company
