Attorney Chuck Rathburn could really help if you are a CDL holder. He explains every step in your case clearly and always responds to questions promptly. Terrible attorney, Ive paid him 2000$ for his help with my ticket, but actually when he got my money, he started ignoring me. My drivers license has been suspended, on the court hearing nobody came. I still have this problem going for 2 month.

If I could put zero stars I would. I retained Charles Rathburn in a time of need. He took my money, hardly responded, and didnt return calls. Didnt answer questions or provide direction at all. Was supposed to request time sensitive evidence and didnt. Didnt attend my court date, and kept rescheduling phone calls. He had no interest in taking facts from me and overall had a very flippant attitude about my case. He was clearly only out to prey on the vulnerability in order to receive money for nothing.

Even though the reason I met Mr. Rathburn was for a not so good reason, I can honestly say it was the most professional, well handled court case I ever had. Communication was the best you could ask for and the results were even better. This is from a CDL holder. I would recommend anyone to his services, without a question.
