Royal Transportation

On December 13 2022 they started transporting for the Plainfield and whitestown connector it has been a nightmare every since they come when they want and dont know the route they dont connect you with Indygo and they work 16 hours driving commercial which is illegal you can only drive 10and 1/2 hours because you have to take a thirty minute break I was so scared I put my seatbelt on because the driver was so sleepy he couldnt stay in one lane so he went his own way using back roads so he could drive slow and all over the road took the wrong exit when we arrived downtown and when we finally arrived at the transit center all of our busses was pulling off. Im seriously thinking about contacting the department of transportation on this company the drivers dont know the routes and they sleepy putting our lives in danger

When making the reservation, I clearly added my flight information. My pickup from the airport was perfect. However, the return pickup was screwed. They scheduled me for the pickup at the time of my flight. When I told them, they said they were far away and could not pick me up before 2:00pm. They recommended that I call an Uber which I did. Then they said Goodbye. No apologies or any other resolutions. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Very poor service! My friends and I rent a bus once a year for three reasons- a bathroom, a sound system, and air conditioning. This bus from Royal failed on all three accounts. The driver was not apologetic and when we phoned management, they were not helpful at all. Do not waste your money with this company!

They don't like to show up when scheduled. And they talk very unprofessionaly to clients

Specifically rented a bus with a restroom for transport to/from a concert. When the bus arrived, the restroom was locked and we were told that the keys to the door were inside in the restroom. Sounded fishy so I called the main office and was told that they don't unlock the restroom door for transports less than 6 hours. I explained that I specifically requested and contracted for a bus with a restroom. The man I spoke with rudely stated there was nothing he would do. The bus driver later confessed that she was told by management to tell us the keys were locked inside to restroom. She then produced a set of key that were supposed to unlock the door. They did not. Also, the air conditioning in the bus did not work properly and the temperature inside the bus climb to 80 before we reached our destination. I would not recommend this company.
