I had a new shower installed in place of a tub with shower. The 2 men worked very hard to finish in one day. I had 2 issues and reported to Linda so she sent out Aaron to resolve them. Aaron did a very good job! He takes a lot of pride in what he does!

I spent close to 8000.00 dollars with Bath Planet.About 3 months ago.And Ihad them damage my closet wall with a big hole in it.And water leak in my downstairs ceiling.And I hade to pay a outside contractor.To fix it.And have not yet been reimbursed yet.Next step is to sue them.I have Spoke and Text them several times they say they are going to pay. But are dragging there feet.Like I am. Bothering them.Wow cant believe this company has been doing business like this and still around. Service: Bathtub replacement

Our bathtub was over 30 years old and needed updating. Slow drains and all that stuff. We picked out a new model that matched the bathroom. The company came out, took their measurements, and installed everything flawlessly. Plus, they performed a follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of the work.
