        I have worked with this company since 2007 for all of my label needs. Tom and Dana are exceptional to work with. They go above and beyond in customer service. There were times I forgot to order my labels and they expedited the order for me. I have worked at 3 different jobs and have happily brought them with me because there is not a better label company out there. They are truly awesome people.

        Years ago, this was a great locally owned business, with great customer service, communication and ownership. Now the workmanship, quality and customer service has gone out the door. The last several label orders I've received had issues; They were cut poorly, off center, and the ink was blotchy. When I brought this to their attention, I was treated like I was inconveniencing them. Speaking with any of the employees is like communicating with a condescending sixteen-year-old who didn't pass basic English class. Sorry, not sorry. Buyer beware.
