    I secret shopped this store. I was very impressed with the store's cleanliness. Was even more impressed with the service. These guys know their stuff. There's a new group in this store from before, and these guys are top notch. They even offered to switch my contacts...NOBODY offers to do that anymore. Hats off to them.

    They tried to rip me off and luckily I caught it. Overcharged on an item, tried to use up all of my store credit and make a profit. Lied to me about the price and then when I called them on it they acted like they didn't get it. No, you're not stupid, you just got caught. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Shady operations here. They made no attempt to compensate for the situation and chose to lose a faithful customer today. While I did get my money back when I returned the item, I showed them the math and they wouldn't even admit that they were trying to rip me off. I will never walk through their doors again and I advise you to do the same.

    Great place to get a new phone or device! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always have my best interest in mind and are always available to help answer any questions I have. Location doesn't usually have a wait time to deal with either! Giving these guys 5 stars for sure. Thanks!

    My phone was up for an upgrade, but my boyfriend's was not and he needed a new phone. So we decided to have him use my upgrade since we're on the same account. Little did I know that VZW pretty much only does payment plans. Regardless, when we went in and explained what we wanted to do, the salesman, Ory, went through all of the motions of doing a normal upgrade. We chose out a phone that he said comes with an accessory package. The price he gave us reflected what a normal upgrade fee would cost, so we thought "Yeah, what a good deal!" Throughout the whole process, he never mentioned a payment plan and rang up everything like we were in there just upgrading the phone to a 2 year contract. There was supposed to also be a $100 mail-in rebate, which sweetened the deal for us, but we have yet to receive it and when my boyfriend called to ask about it, they told him they were too busy to deal with it at the moment. He offered his phone number for them to call him back and they never did. A month after the purchase, I see an extra charge on my account. I thought it was an activation fee, so I didn't think much of it. A month later, the same charge, so I called VZW and they explained that we were on a payment plan. I thought, "Sure, that's fine if it's a better deal to be on a payment plan, but we paid $200 for the phone already." They dug into it further and we found out that the "deal" we were getting on the phone with the accessory package was actually just $200 worth of accessories, a set up charge (which we were not even told cost anything at all), and the taxes to start a payment plan that was never mentioned. We were deceived to think we were doing a regular upgrade just so he could make extra money on the accessory commissions. NOT COOL! We would have been okay with doing the payment plan, but had we known we'd be paying extra monthly for the phone, we wouldn't have gotten the accessories. We tried going back to figure out what the heck happened and the salesman that talked to us was nice, but just said the other salesman miscommunicated. No, he was shady about the whole thing and purposefully omitted what he was actually signing us up for and what we were charged for the whole thing. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else coming here. I highly recommend avoiding making a purchase here.
