AT&T Store

We got amazing service at this location the other day. Krissie and Richard, her trainee, helped us so much, and we are so grateful. My mom had decided to switch plans to Xfinity, but she cancelled my number before I could get it ported over. We were so worried my number was lost, but Krissie spent 45 minutes on the phone with multiple different people to get it sorted out. This was SO amazing, because we weren't even AT&T customers anymore, and their store works on commission (and they wouldn't get any off us). My husband still has his plan through AT&T, and he will probably go to this location in the future. If I rejoin AT&T (which I might... just testing the waters with Xfinity!) I will definitely go back to this location and ask for Krissie or Richard.

Be aware - the manger will kick you when you are down! I was having a very bad day, i had been hacked, sent to multiple stores trying to get a sim card. I said a bad word to myself (not to him) but out loud, which i shouldn't have done. But the manger proceed to belittle me and shame me in front of my children. I hope that he never has a bad day and gets treated that way.
