Our family has worked with Ron Frazee twice; first...for an extensive remodel of a Meridian-Kessler home and secondly; a finishing remodel on a flip home in the Carmel area. Ron employs the best of the best and most all are family.  From paint to trim; studs to custom roofing; cabinets to floors he is the absolute best there is. He is a fabulous designer. Get a quote.  You will not be disappointed in this family's professional workmanship.  Frazee and Co. are hands down the best general contractors that I have ever worked with.

We have a lot to complain about Frazee and company's work. We had a very large add-on to our house they executed over 10 years ago. There were many bumps along the way where they installed the wrong thing and argued on replacements and price kept going up with every step. We also decided to remove a bathroom with dual vanities, shower, tub, toilet and got only $1800 refund for it, which was a joke. They have always felt shady to work with. Until today, when it was officially verified. We had the work done in 2008-2009. Back then we needed a "new" HVAC unit with a heat pump. We were even upcharged on that of course. Today I found out from an HVAC person that came for a service that the heat pump unit was manufactured in 1999. They actually installed a unit that was 10 years old for a new construction!!! Imagine that a builder who you trust to manage your build out let's an installer put in a 10 year old unit! Don't tell me they had no idea. They probably got a kickback from the HVAC company. So furious but I'm sure there's nothing I can do after so many years other than leaving this review for others to see.
