Went there today for lunch around 130 pm, there where 5 of us and we where told even though restaurant looked empty we had a 30 minute wait. That was ok, I have worked in a restaurant before, I know there could be something going on behind the scenes I don't see. We get sat after a about 20 minutes, so that's good. We order and I am the only one at the table with beer. 15 minutes pass, no beer. We got the other drinks but no beer. 20 mintues go by (we ordered but the food is slow in coming) no beer. I ask the server about it, "let me go check on it" brings me back a sweating no head beer I am guess has sat in the bar window for 10 or 15 minutes. In a plastic cup? You guys out of pint glasses? Someone else ordered a cesar side salad that came out after his main entree. I ordered the Idaho nachos, which the menu says has bacon on it, it has no bacon. I eat a bit,it must have sat under a heat lamp while they struggled to get 5 people their food, I realize there is something missing. I ask about the waiter about it "oh I guess we are out of bacon" did you ask the kitchen? Who runs out of bacon? Did you care? I think the answer to two of those questions is no. Finally, was anything done about the poor service after the host asked me about it? Again no. Will I be back? I think you see where this is going.

The hours online state you close at 1am, so why are servers saying the kitchen is closing at 10? Neither servers nor management are up to date on items out of stock or what the specials are. I also found it rude, that they were scooting chairs across the restaurant floor to close up two hours prior to their listed closing time. I have no issue with servers cleaning their sections, but I felt rushed. I could go on, but that’s enough reason for two stars.

Easily the worst service we have ever had. There wasn't a wait for a reason, I would definitively not recommend coming. We waited for over an hour, when our food came it was wrong, we had to send it back and then they came and told us they didn't have any left. We left unhappy AND without food.

In an hour and a half I managed to bother angry bartender to order a beer and lunch special. I got a beer in a plastic cup and food never arrived and he was to busy to see what happened. Walked out and saw manager and told him why I was leaving he said "Oh well." This is not my first visit the food is average at best but better than food court upstairs. Rock bottom brewery is 30 seconds around the corner and they are staffed to accommodate lunch rush very tasty burger also. Apparently granite city has too many customers and you should consider any of the other breweries in the area as they are willing to work for your business when in the area.

Walked in and sat 1 hour before football game, waited 25 minutes before walking out after no server came. Was sitting with a toddler and ignored by who appear to be the manager setting a room up. As we walked out no comments made by hostess. Keep in mind possibly 3 other tables with guest in view. Wont be back!
