I LOVE bareMinerals. I have used their products for years, and have loved every product I used. I shop at this location and it's very convenient, clean, and helpful, but at times I felt like I was being hovered over. I was greeted upon entry, given the rundown of all the specials, and I politely told her thank you, and I would just be taking a look around and that if I had any questions I would let her know. I may have been in the store 2 full minutes, and I believe the woman came up to me 4-5 times in that period to tell me more things about new products and sales...I appreciate the effort and the offer to help when I came in, but I prefer to shop on my own and have the employees there if I have a question.

My daughters and I shopped several stores at Keystone at the Crossing Mall on Saturday April 11, 2015 seeking makeup advice and help for my oldest daughter's upcoming wedding. We didn't get help at the 3 stores we went to. Then we happened to walk into Bare Escentuals- so lucky for us! Brooke asked us if she could help us and she did that and more. My daughter got the opportunity to try her wedding make up look and we couldn't have been more pleased. So- we found the perfect products for her special day, and Bare Escentuals got not 1 but 3 loyal customers. Oh and to the other stores- we buy ALOT of makeup and accessories but now only from this store!!!!
