They did an awning at our restaurant in speedway with retractable sides and we couldnt be happier. From start to finish just an excellent experience. Did exactly what they said the would do in the time they quoted me. Finished product was awesome. I even changed things up a bit due to miscalculation on the drawings and they adapted and provided a solution that was perfect. I would highly recommend this company.

Robin took my call and since it was windy and my awning was possibly a safety hazard, she asked if I could send pictures. My awning had been installed incorrectly and was not properly attached to the building. It was a really windy day and the wind would make the awning bounce as it was unattached at one end. I e-mailed her pictures and video and a little later she called back and said she could send out 2 guys to fix it same day. The price was very reasonable. The guys who came out knew what they were doing and worked thoroughly and efficiently. The last place I had tried, I had to pull teeth to even get someone out for an estimate and then they never even sent it to me. I was very satisfied with my service from Cool Planet awnings.
