Great service met a young man there named Steve and he was great. He was very knowledgeable of his job and he showed me everything I needed and gave me friendly service. I live on the east side but this one is on Michigan Road. and I will continue coming to this one.

I called this location to see if they could order a part for me. I was told the item would be available to pickup in the afternoon. I already had to return the same part once, so I called and asked the team member to confirm that it had been delivered and to describe the item. When I arrived not only could they NOT bench test the part I had brought in under warranty, the new part I ordered was incorrect, even though I was assured on the part had the necessary provisions during a phone call an hour before. The staff told me I should try to disassemble the core I had brought and retrofit it to the new (wrong) part. When I asked the staff member if he could help me do that, I was told 100 dollars. I dont work for free. This was the same staff member who told me on the phone that the part had the correct the manager offered excuse after excuse for why I had to spend my time and money to collect a part that would not work for my application. I agree with another reviewer: this man should work at a junkyard.
