Anytime I have ever went in here everyone was nice, friendly, helpful....but today Was a whole different story. I'd ordered some parts online to be picked up. I went in to pick them up in the cashier. Seem to be more preoccupied and talking to someone else. Then help me because every time that person talked. She would walk away from the register. And then when she did come to help me, she just seemed very put off so much so that I had to ask to see if she could look up underneath my phone number apart and she just kind of huffed inside so I told her never mind I would go somewhere else. And I didn't want to bother her since she seemed so put off. At the fact that I asked for a simple request. So I grabbed my parts and walked out the storAnd then when she did come to help me, she just seemed very put off so much so that I had to ask to see if she could look up underneath my phone number apart and she just kind of huffed inside so I told her never mind I would go somewhere else. And I didn't want to bother her since she seemed so put off. At the fact that I asked for a simple request. So I grabbed my parts and walked out the store.

I was very Pleased with my Visit! This location was very well stocked with a wide variety of products! They also had a "sale" section! Which I found a couple things that I needed, marked down which is always a plus! The gentleman that checked Me out was very helpful, courteous and Patient! He was extremely patient with me as I could not recall the phone number that my rewards were connected to. So, he looked up the phone numbers that I believed it to be but they were not active. Which stinks bc I shop there often for all of mine and my husband's vehicle needs. But not to worry since the rewards accounts were not active he just set me up an account with my up to date information. Which I am immensely grateful! Overall, this was a wonderful experience! I would absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be back! Thank you for the outstanding Customer Service! Keep up the good work!
