A Lightning Fix

Stay away from this company. Home Warranty of America sent them out to diagnose my dishwasher. After diagnosing he asked for $100. I replied “don’t you mean $75 as per the hwa contract”. He said “oh yeah thats what it is”. I paid and just like many other reviews on here and they never came back. Worst part is they closed the claim with the warranty company as completed so I have to battle with the warranty company to try and get my money back.

After the repairman that our washing machine needed a new water pump and told me that it would take a couple of days for one to be ordered and arrive, I waited three weeks with no call from them. I finally contacted them and was told that they were on vacation that week. I called the next week and supplied the serial number of the washing machine so that they could order it. Finally, it arrived and another repairman came to install it. After he left, we found that the problem had not been solved. I have since tried calling them again. The first time I called, I was told they would call back in a few minutes, but they never did. The next day, no one answered, so I left a message and still no one returned my call.

I would give negative stars if possible. I was connected to this place through my home warranty, what a joke. Every time I called it sounded like I woke the woman up, and she was wildly incompetent. The repair man was fine, but the woman responsible for submitting a diagnosis to the warranty company just would not do it. Called her multiples times daily and she always said ‘yeah I’m gonna do it now’ then didn’t. Claimed her phone didn’t work with the site, that she could not get access when she called, all BS. We spend an extra week without a refrigerator because of her just to start the process over with someone else. No idea how she’s in business.

This company came out to service my dryer and i couldnt have been more pleased! Both office staff and tech were very friendly professional and extremely helpful... I made the call this morning around 8:30 am by 10 am the tech was here by noon i have my dryer back!! Extremely satisfied customer here!! Thanks for the excellent service guys! Will definitely be using this company in tge future!
