        No one picks up the phone. If they have problems within the office they take it out on residents. They don’t fix anything and are trying to use Covid-19 as a reason as to why they can’t. Covid-19 unfortunately is not going anywhere and is forcing people to adapt to this new normal but not here the maintenance men literally are never doing anything and won’t fix anything even when you call serval times to put in work orders. I gave them two stars because it’s not bad it’s annoying how they will bug you for other stuff but won’t get to fixing problems. I’ve called about my washer being broke for 4 weeks and have not had anyone let me know when it can be fixed.
