If I could give this place negative stars on here I would. I lived here back in the 80’s and 90’s, it was a ghetto crack slum with drive by shooting almost every day and really hasn’t changed in the 20 to 30 years. The old management and maintenance worker would sit in the office and smoke pot all day. They were quick to evict anyone who had suspicion of dealing but the maintenance man who lived on sight and smoked pot dealt it himself. The city should really try and clean this place up.

The office manger and staff were friendly and they believe n second chance. They work with u as long as u will work with them

Very very poor maintenance, I lived there almost 2 yrs, the first apt I moved in was nice, the ceiling started leaking they never fixed, so I moved too downstairs apt under me,nd it was nice no complaints, a few months passed it started raining inside the apt from the inside dining room area, it did that almost a year, the rain then started getting heavier inside to the point towels did not hold, I had to let it rain then mop the floor after, the mold got me sick to the point I was hospitalized several times I end up moving out in June 2017, the apt was still leaking, since I moved out I have not been to the hospital for breathing problems, they are now under new owners as of Aug/September 2017
