A-Able Rentals

Absolutely a joke. For the past 5 years I have been asking them to come fix things. After telling them I will fill a lawsuit. They finally fixed only half the problems. For 5 years I’ve had to heat my sons room with a space heater. When USA went on shut down. People lost jobs. No one was working. The government put up an eviction ban. But this slumlord of a place. Still tried to eviction me. I e paid them rent for 5 years. I’ve done my part. Then they got mad at my for expressing my frustration. Told me to go live somewhere else.

Rude and unprofessional. They probably don’t want to rent to anyone because they know they’re SLUM LORDS. My significant other rents from them and that place is so unfit for even a sewer rat to live in. Despite the multiple issues my SO has, and against my better judgment I tried to inquire about property and the woman who works there acts like she couldn’t be bothered. Read the other google reviews for proof! There are plenty of other property management companies to rent from, stay away from this hell hole or you will regret it.
