        I would recommend this transportation service to a friend or anyone needing this service. The driver is very friendly and careful. I got to my destination with no issues and I was very pleased with the service rendered.

        i was at the columbus dialysis center when one of your drivers picked up a patient .the driver had his mask down to his chin the whole time getting the patient into the van. i hope not all of your drivers are this careless.

        This transportation company has left a gentleman who uses a wheelchair at our health care facility for HOURS after promising they would arrive "within the hour" 3 times. We called for return transportation home at 9:45 am. 3 phone calls and 3 hours later at 12:45, the patient is still in the office. Medicaid had to call a new company for pick up because of the untrustworthy driver. This patient needs food, medicine and medical care at his nursing home facility. It's outright unjust to fail a patient in this manner.
