I do not want to say that Rural/Metro on a whole is a bad company, that would be unfair to the EMT/Paramedics that care. My experience is with one individual that was mean; just plain hateful actually, and because of his disposition I refused service from him because there was no way I was going to let him touch or care for my well being. A bald man, mid to late 40's, servicing the Klipsch Music Center. It turned out that I was having irregular heart beats, causing me to pass out, and inadvertently had broke my foot from it.
As the daughter of a fallen firefighter, I assure you that I have never seen anyone treated that way in a time of need, and I followed my father to many scenes as a child, a teen, and as an adult with my own children.
I think that person needs to find another profession. Maybe a bill collector or boxer, or at least somewhere that he can truly vent his anger issues.
