AWFULL service. Just moved into my new home and inherited their system. Their rep signed me up for routine service agreement and gave me wrong information that THEY would call me to schedule service. Upon waiting for almost a month with no call I called them. The boisterous CSR was happy to tell me that that was wrong and I would be serviced in some point in December. Ugh. Now given that I was lied to I thought they could ask supervisor to expedite my appointment and if not I needed to consider cancelling my contract. Se was Very happy to throw it back in my face that se WAS the supervisor and that the fine print indicates that I had 72 hrs to cancel otherwise I had to keep it. I pray that the system has no issues since I can NOT see how I could have faith in them caring at all about anything about their customers. If I had my choice I would NEVER USE THEM EVER...... Ps: I did check my signed contract and it does NOT have a 72 hr cancellation clause. Now IF their copy does we will be visiting that fraudulent and deceptive contract issue in addition to my original complaint.
