        Called and asked a couple questions about a blood test and the lady was super rude and made me feel uncomfortable even over the phone. While ending the conversation I tried to say thank you and she said “ yup” like wow. I won’t be going there for my blood test. Crown point it is

        Never been to emergency room where they tell you it's a minimum 4hour wait and,if you like make sure to let them know if you leave.I have been waiting for my wife to be seen by a doctor for over 3.5 hours.My wife is in severe pain and has m.s.This place is ridiculous.Never again...

        My mother has been in ER for hours before they got her into an actual room....however, when we asked for help to take her to the bathroom due to her IV we had to practically beg each time for help. The nurse aid/follower was excellent, Selena..."Thank You" to her. A family member stayed with her all night because of the quality of care. We hope to leave the ER and into a room soon.
