I went here to get a Childrens suit pressed. It was a jacket,pants, shirt and tie -while the service I have no issues with, It was definitely the price. It came out to $31 to not launder -only press a Childrens suit. I think its a bit expensive, and probably will not be utilizing them again.

The young ladies working at the front desk are great, so this is no way a review for them. I am writing this for the managers Sue and Sandy who are rude and horrible! They have no sense of the meaning of customer service. We had dropped off the dry cleaning on Saturday and they assured it would be ready by Monday 5pm, as we are moving out of state and were planning to leave Tuesday 4am. Additionally, during drop off we had forgotten the 20% coupon, and I had called them about it and they said no problem, we will honor it. I went to pick up the clothes Monday around 6pm, and was told the clothes are not ready and wouldnt be ready until Wednesday after 5pm! I mentioned we were told they would be ready by Monday as we are moving out of state Tuesday. The girls at the desk were trying their best to help us out and called the managers (who are off site) and they said the earliest they would be able to get us our dry cleaning was Tuesday morning at 7:30am. We said we would push back our departure time despite us now hitting more traffic with our move. We came back Tuesday at 8:30am, and all the clothes were still not ready!!!! They gave us whatever was ready, but still have some
clothes that werent done. In addition, they refused to honor the 20%. Not only did they not honor the day/time they guaranteed it would be ready, they made us run around and come back for the clothes multiple times despite it not being ready, delayed our travel plans with a big out-of- state move AND did not even honor the 20% OR offer some sort of reimbursement given the inconvenience. The managers Sue and Sandy are rude, unprofessional, and truly dont believe in customer service. They only care about the $$$. My family lives in the Dyer area and we use Lansing cleaners regularly, but I will make sure they never return again and provide business to this establishment.
