Terrible customer service, enough said!!!

Great experience! They work fast, and are great with kids. That’s important when you are bringing a 10 year old, 5 year old, and a 2 year old for pictures. I will be back for sure.

Horrible business. Customer service is beyond horrible. Schedule appointment that was not adhered to. It was almost 50 mintues before we were actually taken. There was a couple hours wait to even review the pictures. We left to eat and still had to an additional 1hour before reviewing pictures. No one greeted us at the door. No extended wait times were conveyed by staff. Will never again book an appointment with them or use their services for anything.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I got my pictures done there with my girls December 11th from the location in the Greenwood mall. After buying a package they gave me a blank disc that was suppose to have the whole session on it. They obviously didn't check because once I got back to my home in MONTANA I was able to put it in my laptop to find out it was blank. Calling them and they assured me that they would put my ahole session onto a new disc and send it to my home and it should be there within 3-5 days. So I'm already feeling rushed for this Christmas present and now I have to wait even longer but I say okay because I just spent almost 200 dollars for this and I was just there visiting my mother and grandparents. Then it was Christmas eve and still no disc and no one would anwser my phone calls the days before. NOW TODAY THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS, I called at 907am my time and speak to someone that once again is asking for the number and everything else to find my session puts me on hold and then tells me that she will give me a call back after she finds my session. It is now 300pm my time and still no call. I have now called 5 times and no one will anwser. DO NOT GO HERE! REALLY EVERYONE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GETTING YOUR PHOTOS DONE HERE. They are untrustworthy, over priced, and don't check to make sure you are getting everything you are paying for. Don't waste your time.
