We just bought a Restonic Biltmore Deer Park Hybrid Mattress from American Mattress and Sales person Cynthia T. She was very helpful and excellent to deal with !! Great Store, Great Price and timely delivery !! They set up the Rize Adjustable base and very quick and did everything in set up and adjustments. Took old mattress set and all attachments away, no questions. Great Store and Great Place

I was so excited when I went in to American mattress and found the futon that I had been looking for. We placed the order in March and it was supposed to be in by April 8, never came in, a week after it was supposed to be in I followed up with Dennis at American mattress and he informed me that there were some delays and it would be coming in May 6th. Then I got a phone call this past Wednesday and I was informed that I would not be getting my Mattress because somewhere along the line the ball was dropped it never got ordered, after waiting 2 months to get it. I am now in search of the mattress that I wanted. I have purchased a quite a bit from American mattress and this is a big lead down. Not really sure if I'll ever order from them again, if you have merchandise on the floor it should be able to be purchased within a reasonable time if not then get it off the floor. Rhonda :(
