Why do I have a Dr here if I'm always having to go to medcheck? They're good when I can get in (except peds the nurses made my daughter bleed when they did a catheter and blamed it on a UTI that she DIDNT have) who ever answers triage acts like you're ridiculous for wanting to see your Dr. TOO BUSY.

Tried to get a same day appt for my child. Phone just rings no one never answers. Calls regularly appt line just for them to tell me you have to go through nurse line which no one ever answers. The scheduler response is its busy its Monday! That still doesnt justify yall either need more triage nurses or just put on VM no more pts today so dont call back! Simple! Request for a call back never received a call back. So to the ER I go! Waisted 3 hrs could have been seen and on with my day by now! Thanks for nothing.

This place is terrible anymore trying to get your children seen. It's not my fault they have Drs leaving left and right and we keep having to change doctors and they make us jump through hoops just trying to get some immunizations when all three of my children have been going here since birth. They aren't helpful and the front office staff is rude all the time now. We are looking for another pediatric office at this point bc we are just over it.

Wife was 2 minutes late for an appointment. They charged her co-pay and let her sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes before telling her they couldn't see her.

My children's pediatrician always answers every question I have and is thorough with their exams. The nursing staff is compassionate. Scheduling appointments is streamlined and the times I've had an ill child they've always done their best to work me in as soon as they can or refer me to another office with availability, even during the height of COVID scheduling nightmares. Clean office, easy to get to, ample parking, usually prompt to call you back at your scheduled appointment time.
