Their store hours say they are open til 6pm, even when you call they say that but when you rush from work and arrive at 5:45, they're already closed. Then you have to make an extra trip to pick up glasses and we live 30 minutes away. Disappointed

Why is the phone always busy? No clear indication when my glasses and contacts would be in. Won't come back.

I want to thank Healther for assiting me in the last minute replacement of my son's last pair of eye glasses. She was able to reorder his glasse and arrange my payment for them all over the phone in much less time than it would have taken me to drive to the Greenwood location to explain and complete the situation in person. Healther could not have been more pleasant and professonal. She is my hero this week for taking the time to help me, even though she was the only one in her office location for the day, probably due to the ice storm.
Thanks Healther you are definately 5-Star material, keep up the great work and attitude!
