Extremely poor management. I ordered equipment weeks ago and followed up to find our where it is. Kelly is the secretary. She's put between a rock and a hard spot. She claims to know nothing but does know the machine shop lets people down. A search on Google found Jim's cell phone number which he claims is not a correct number. Ashley Machine passed from E Thomas Barnes to his daughter, Dawn. Dawn is married to Jim. Jim can't decide that customers are worth much because he tells them to go away. Jim can give no target of completing the job but his secretary says they are finishing it today so it can ship, which she knows is not true. The Ashley Machine website gives MSSH Inc as the owner of Ashley Machine. The H stands for Hannah who is the daughter of Jim and Dawn. A phone call to Hannah finally resulted in Jim being available for a chat. There is no equipment being sent to me. Looks like I'm turning to my welding team to make something and I will look at a competing business. After all, I have Jim's blessing from his comment of "Go ahead, honey." Mr Israel, it would be wise if you learned who really counts in your business and that truth will set you free. No need to lie, just tell the truth and make a plan.
