        RUN TO ANOTHER LENDER... i am writing this as the seller of the home. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in buying or selling. i am writing this review because we are going on 2+ months waiting on a close date after the first close was cancelled after i had already hired movers and left the home so now we are in limbo waiting on the buyers loan agent mr. sills to respond to the multiple emails since his phone never rings snd its straight to voicemail. i recommend finding another lender unless you like left in the dark with now a house payment and storage monthly... very unprofessional
