Un-equipped to actually help people. If you have actual issues go somewhere more professional. I will now no longer have access to the medications I need and will become sick due to antidepressant withdrawal. Thanks, Gallahue.

I use to see good people there now the people in there don't know what they are doing and they have had me off my meds for over 6 months and my family doctor had to put me back on them and he is taking care of me till he can get me in a new mental health place that knows what they are doing Gallahue even charged my insurance company when they haven't even seen me so they will be getting a call from the insurance company explaining why they changed them.. lol.. this place is a joke

Had my first appointment yesterday and could not be happier. The staff at the front desk were kind and professional, and the therapist I met with was very understanding and ready to help me with my problems.

For all the supposed dedication healthcare providers have for mental health these days, Community clearly doesn't even pretend to make an effort. There is one doctor who oversees the entire facility, and they openly admit you cannot contact her under any circumstances. Period. You can't even contact the assistant beneath her. You must leave her a message, and she won't get back to you, either. I've even had days where no one picks up the phone at the front desk. And these people have patients experiencing psychotic breaks, panic attacks, medication issues, suicidal thoughts, ect...And the phone just rings, the machine light blinks, and no one does a thing. Try contacting them online via MyChart? Nope, I still have yet to get a single response via MyChart since I began using it three years ago. I don't even see how that level of miscare is even legal. Some of the counselors do try, some don't. That comes with any counseling center. But for those who need a step beyond that and into the realm of doctored medical professionals? You won't find it here. In fact, you'll risk them bungling up your mental health even more by way of their own apathy. You'll need to go somewhere else, and ANYWHERE else is a step above Gallahue.
