Poor construction. Every square inch of the property inside and out would be what I consider lower income rental property quality. Everyone's gravel pits sorry 'yards' look terrible. The construction trash is everywhere in all the ponds everyone's yards in the fields across the streets. I have had 2 flat tires from screws and nails and one nail in my foot from my yard. Everything is crooked. I built during lock down 2020 and the only reason that we signed to move in was so that the process wouldn't last any longer than the 8 months it took. I would recommend arbor homes if your are looking for the cheapest home you can build and if you like hearing your neighbors talk outside from in your home. The walls are soo thin its nice to hear everything haha. I like how people have been moved in for months and they have not even had their yards graded.
