Wendy takes time with her patients. However she is leaving the medical patient asspect. I requested labwork to be completed for my daughter, and even though she provided our family a signed document ststing she would be our provider until the middlenof March 2019, she has decided she no longer wants to continue helping out family, ordering labs, or doing other things neccessary for the health of my child. Disappointed in the fact the hippocratic Oath is not followed.

Their was a slight issue with my child insurance, and it didn’t get added, however we are not the insurance company or the employer so we can speed up that process. The issue is also be rectified so that all of previous visits will be paid, however it’s not being done at their leisure or fast enough for them. But because of this dilemma this doctor office refused to see my wife who was in a car accident recently and is suffering from anxiety and PTSD. Isn’t it a doctors provocative when they took an oath that they need to help patients and not refuse them regardless of the issue mention above. Nope not this one, the service they care more about then patient care is the green service, now don’t get me wrong I understand being in business to make money, but the issue with the insurance was not our fault and we were taking measures and notifying the correct people to resolve it. If your going to have a practice too, it would be a good thing to get someone to work front office that has professional attitude. So much for medical professionals sticking to the oath of helping the sick.
